Sachin is an award-winning surgeon and a recognised authority in Orbital surgery and Ocular Oncology (eye cancer). He is the Clinical lead for the Sheffield Ocular Oncology Service, Orbital and Oculoplastic Surgery Services.
Sachin trained in Sheffield, London and Cleveland, USA. He offers diagnostic and prognostic biopsies, all the current treatment options for ocular malignant melanoma and manages all types of adult eye cancers. He played a key role in developing the NICE accredited uveal melanoma national guidelines and takes a keen interest in research and training the next generation of Ophthalmologists. Sachin is director of the Fellowship Training Programme in Ocular Oncology, Oculoplastics and Orbital Surgery.
